So what is RelativelyCrazy.com?  It's a place where we can share our lives with our relatives, and anyone else who cares to listen.  Melissa and Erin are first cousins, the daughters of two kinda crazy twin sisters, and they inherited a bit of crazy themselves. They grew up more like sisters than cousins, and eventually married two handsome strapping lads that had no idea what they were getting into.  The "Boys" as they are commonly referred now a days, first met at Scott and Melissa's wedding, where, of course, Erin was the Maid of Honor, and Steve was just happy to be included. 

After the wedding, Scott and Melissa moved to California (near San Jose), and Erin and Steve decided to it would be fun to move to Bakersfield and shack up together (tssk tssk!).  Well, now that the "Girls" were only hours apart, it wasn't long before they were hanging out together on long weekends, of course dragging the "Boys" into the fun, and we all started to become great friends.  Through camping trips, weekends of boardgames and booze, visits to wineries, tours of cypress trees, and just a whole lot of good times, we've become a family of best friends. 

So what now?  Well, Erin and Steve got married and moved to Houston, TX.  Scott and Melissa have moved to Gilbert, AZ, near Phoenix. There is a lot of distance between us, but that doesn't stop us from getting together and having a great time.... although now we face a real challenge.  Erin and Steve are moving to the other side of the world (was it something we said?), to a tiny country in the Middle East called Qatar.   Erin is a professional dino goo finder (aka geophysicist), and has accepted an assignment overseas.  So in order to keep in touch, and to avoid huge telephone bills, we've created this website to help keep us in touch with each other and the rest of our families.
